2⃣ plank jump to upright row
3⃣ squat
4⃣ barbell row
5⃣ tricep pushup, row and tricep kick back, right side
6⃣ tricep pushup, row and tricep kick back, left side
7⃣ squat jump and bounce on step
8⃣ twist with dumbell
