MONDAY MOTIVATION ON A TUESDAY III

The universe actually reminded me that this is really true this morning.

I snoozed and woke up too late (Trying to wake up always at the same time no matter the day and no snoozing – post about that later)  I didn’t find the t-shirt I wanted to wear and all because I woke up too late I didn’t have the time to eat breakfast (been trying to eat rich in protein and good fat breakfast everyday – also.. more about that later)
So I was walking to school pissed at myself, more tired than usual and just in general negative Nancy…. Stepped on a loose tile on the street and it squirted dog piss up my leg and wet my pants – Slap in the face from the universe telling me to stop with the negative attitude or just general bad luck ? I took it as a slap in the face, hah.

one of my fav place is Barcelona is Sabio Infante

Pretty sure I’m there almost weekly to study and to have their amazing avocado toast or egg pan.

It’s perfect for starting the day with a nice breakfast there or ending the day with a drink and nachos

Very relaxed and cosy environment with nice staff, free wifi and fair priced and yummy food

Second book of the year done !

I got super lucky and got five new books to read in the Easter break (2/5 done)

I finished this one in a couple of days, its super exciting – by the same author of Behind closed doors, which I really liked. Would totally recommend it, specially if you are a sucker for thrillers like me

  6. Write your next to do in a notebook instead of trying to finish them all at the same time
  7. Have a morning ritual
  8. Divide your task into a 20 minutes work sessions
  9. Declutter your workspace
  10. Detox from technology one day a week
  11. Check your emails at a certain times of the day
  12. Slow down your evening with a night ritual
  13. Keep one browser window open at time when you are online

 I’m really bad with some of these myself, I even struggled when writing this post. Too many tabs open, checking on flights, answering on Facebook, taking a picture of my lunch, thinking about the next blogpost and eating lunch at the same time…. instead of just writing this and then move on to the next task, so for me this is perfect reminder and hopefully for you guys.
