Nú er komið að þeim tímamótum í lífi mínu þar sem ég hef ákveðið að leggja bloggskóna á hilluna eftir 11 ár (já ELLEFU!) og leyfa nýjum ævintýrum að taka við. Ég, bloggið og allur bloggheimurinn höfum  þroskast og breyst saman á öllum þessum árum okkar og þetta hefur verið ótrúlegt ævintýri og þá sérstaklega eftir ég varð partur af Trendnet teyminu fyrir sex árum síðan. Ég hef ómetanlega reynslu með mér farteskinu og vináttu í gegnum bloggið sem mun endast ævilangt.

The time has come for me to say goodbye to the blog after eleven years (yes ELEVEN!!) and welcome new adventures. Me, the blog and the whole universe around blogging have grown and matured throughout the years and its has been a incredible adventure and especially after I came a part of team Trendnet six years ago. I have invaluable experience with me and a friendships through the blog that will last forever.

HAPPY WEEKEND (F) ROSÉ

Last weekend I tried to make a FROSÉ (Frozen Rosé) cocktail for the first time. I will be the first to admit that it did not look anything like those pictures here above, but it was delicious and super simple!

What you need : Rosé, ice, frozen or fresh strawberries, lime or lemon juice, sugar or honey.
(Vodka, orange juice & fresh mint leaves optional) 
How : I basically put everything in the blender and full speed ahead, but after looking at some recipes online I see there are many how recommend cooling the rose in the freezer for couple of hours, and some add little bit of vodka and orange juice too.(Also if you are feeling very “Van De Kamp” you can pre make syrup to mix with it. It all depends on how much effort you wanna put into it)

CURRENT OBSESSION – BIKER SHORTS

I’ve been digging biker shorts again lately..  who doesn’t remember the lace face couple of years ago?
I don’t have any so I’ve been wearing my Nike that I usually go to the gym in, they are dry fit, even better in the heatwave here in Denmark, hah. Love it both with casual clothing like hoodies and tee but also with structured blazers and shirts… beside the fact in so damn comfy!

What do you think? Chic or faux pas?
