Last week I set a personal record.. I went four times to the gym during the week and then did a yoga class on Sunday.
For some people it may not seem a lot of work, but for me it is.
And no, it’s not only about being fit or loosing some weight. It’s about taking care of my body and my mental health. As I feel it does wonders for my battle with anxiety (Yes, its the first time I mention this here on the blog (!) )
