My first days in Sweden have been so nice. I have really started to appriciate Sweden haha, I have really missed it and it feels so good to be back! The first day I spent some time with my friends and of course I wanted to cook something for them and did my easy sweet potato salad with chicken filé, and they loved it! Click -here- for the recipe.
On Saturday we celebrated our friend, she had her 26 year old birthday so we decided to have a ‘girls night out’ in Gothenburg. I’m from Borås, and it’s about 45 min from Gothenburg, perfect. We went to a club called ‘Backstage’. So much fun and I love these summer night clubs!
After that I have just chilled, went on a PW the day after, perfect to get over that hangover hehe…. And today my mom picked me up, because she lives about 1 h 30 min from Borås. I’m gonna stay here for one night and tomorrow we’re heading to Stockholm for one night, and then to Öland which is my ‘summer place’, it’s an Island located on the east side. I’ve went there every year since I was a baby but haven’t been there for 3 years and my family still goes there every year. So now I’m finally back!! :)
