I made this goulash soup couple of days ago. So good for a cold winter day.
Mix sliced lamb meat, onion, garlic and olive oil in a deep pot. Season with paprika powder/kuman/salt/pepper then add water and meat stock. Let it boil for about 20 minutes.
Then add sliced potato/sweet potato and carrot with one can of crushed tamato.
Reduce the heat then let simmer until ready and season as you prefer then serve with rice or garlic bread!
I add cayenne pepper powder, I prefer it very hot!
Anyways you can make this soup in many ways, just as you pleased really!
I do cook just about every day and and it would be fun to blog about it more since it is my passionate hobby.
